Takiyah is the engine behind the Westbound Talent Network. As the Talent Manager, she advises portfolio companies on all things recruitment, identifies top talent, and connects exceptional candidates to impactful opportunities.

Prior to Westbound, Takiyah held recruiting roles at Asana and Faire. As Faire’s founding sourcer, she built company-wide playbooks, and as the first Senior Recruiting Operations Program Manager, Takiyah developed the first diversity leadership hiring strategy while Faire scaled from 300 to 1,200 employees over 3 years.

Takiyah is a native of Charleston, SC. She has lived in Santiago, Chile and Zaragoza, Spain. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
