Operations Manager
Tai Tatum is an Operations Manager at Westbound, where he works alongside the firm’s partners and team to lead AI-powered operations, advance key priorities, and support the continued growth of the firm. Prior to joining Westbound, he served as a Fan Experience & Innovation Specialist at FIFA, where he delivered projects to enhance the fan experience for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Previously, Tai was on the Strategy & Growth team at Fenway Sports Group, supporting strategic initiatives across its portfolio of sports properties including the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool Football Club, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the PGA Tour.
Tai earned his B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University, where he founded the Harvard Undergraduate Sports Lab, an organization that connects students with opportunities and leaders across the sports industry.
