Simmone is an Investment Associate at Westbound. Previously, Simmone worked in Corporate Strategy at Nordstrom, Venture Capital (XRC Labs, Citi Ventures), and Management Consulting focused on Digital and Customer Experience Transformation, where she built software solutions for Fortune 50 companies. Alongside this she has consulted for startups on G2M and product development strategies for the past 7 years. She obtained her BA from Tufts University and MBA from the Wharton School.
Entrepreneurship has the ability to drive job creation, wealth generation and improvement of economic circumstances. I am humbled to be in a position working with entrepreneurs who are creating these opportunities within communities of color, paving the way for a more equitable future.
