As the Talent Manager at Westbound, Laura partners with our portfolio companies to help them identify and hire exceptional talent for high-priority roles. Since the start of her career, Laura has laser-focused on sourcing and connecting underrepresented talent to high-impact opportunities in Tech; she has helped companies like Gusto, Confluent, and Gong.io build and scale diverse teams. Personally, Laura has a deep interest in college access and entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor’s in Public Policy, with a concentration in Nonprofits, Philanthropy, and Social Innovation, from the University of Southern California.
